The position requires strong drafting, evaluation, negotiation, and post‑award administration skills, with a focus on accuracy, documentation, and adherence to timelines. A Bachelor’s degree and federal contracting experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five years of federal contracting experience across the full lifecycle.
• FAC-C/DAWIA or NCMA certification or equivalent required.
• Extensive knowledge of the FAR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and document market research and support acquisition planning.
• Draft and edit solicitation documents (RFPs, RFQs, IFBs) for agency review.
• Support evaluations, scoring, negotiations, and award documentation.
• Process contract modifications and post‑award administration activities.
• Maintain procurement files and prepare status reports for COR meetings.
