Job summary

ThinkTek LLC, an SBA 8(a) SDVOSB, seeks a mid‑level Contracting Specialist II to support federal acquisitions. You will apply FAR knowledge, manage diverse contract types, and provide independent analysis to aid government decisions. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities include processing acquisitions per FAR, supporting IDIQs and BPAs, and ensuring regulatory compliance across a range of contract vehicles. Experience with PRISM/FAA facilities is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 24 sem hours plus five years of relevant experience.
• FAC Level II certification or equivalent.
• Proven experience in mid‑level contracting roles with FAR exposure.
• Knowledge of multiple contract types (FFP, Cost‑Reimbursement, LH, T&M).
• Ability to analyze assignments and provide actionable feedback to Government.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficient with Office & Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Process federal acquisitions per FAR requirements and agency regs.
• Apply knowledge of contract types (FFP, Cost‑Reimb, LH, T&M).
• Support FAR provisions: GSAR, FSS, FAR Parts 12/13/37/43/4.804.
• Work with IDIQs, BPAs, task/order/purchase orders and related tools.
• Analyze work, identify issues, and provide recommendations to Government.
• Assist with planning, documentation, processing, and administration.
