Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or Construction Management required.
• 2+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze plans and specs and follow procedures.
• Inspect construction sites for conformance to plans and safety standards.
• Maintain and update project schedules with weekly updates.
• Prepare cost, income, and cash flow projections and monitor budgets.
• Coordinate change orders, submittals, and vendor invoices.
