KOMAN Advantage, LLC is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead federal contracting projects at Ft. Leavenworth, KS.

You will direct construction activities, manage field staff, and coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to meet schedule, budget, quality, and contract obligations. You will develop three-week look-ahead schedules, ensure safety compliance, and maintain proactive client communication while producing daily progress reports.

• Plans and directs all construction activities on the project.
• Supervises and mentors field staff; coordinates labor, materials, and equipment.
• Creates and manages three-week look-ahead schedules with the project team.
• Establishes a safe work environment and conducts safety meetings.
• Maintains clear communication with clients and project team; produces daily reports.

Responsibilities
