• Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress reports.
• Inspect projects for compliance with codes and environmental regulations.
• Direct construction or maintenance activities and study job specifications.
• Investigate incidents to ensure proper procedures are followed and enforce safety standards.
• Prepare contracts or negotiate revisions with architects, clients, and subcontractors.
