Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience for the Project Superintendent role.
• At least 3 of those years must be in a superintendent role on projects of similar size and complexity.
• Must be familiar with EM 385-1-1 safety requirements.
• Must have experience in hazard identification and safety compliance.
• Must be able to interpret critical path schedules and construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal efforts by developing constructability models in conjunction with estimating and project controls.
• Read and understand construction specifications, drawings, and the project scope of work.
• Lead an Integrated Project Team with stakeholders to ensure objectives are defined and met.
• Prepare work plans and project-related documentation after award.
• Plan and direct all construction activities on the project after award.
• Obtain permits and supervise subcontractors to maintain schedule and quality.
