Job summary

Bryan Construction Inc. is seeking a Quality Control (QC) Manager to define, inspect, and document daily work for design and construction, reporting to the Superintendent.

The role focuses on quality of physical work, coordinating with project team to ensure compliance with standards and submittals. The QC Manager collaborates with the Project Manager, Superintendent, and Project Engineer to maintain as-built drawings, manage non-conformances, and document inspections, testing, and commissioning

Qualifications

• Graduate engineer, graduate architect, or graduate of construction management with a minimum of 2 years construction experience on projects similar to this Contract; or
• A construction person with a minimum of 5 years as a Contractor QCM on US Army Corps projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall project quality control for deliveries, materials and installations.
• Lead preparatory, initial and final inspections of defined features of work.
• Coordinate and document testing, commissioning and punch lists.
• Review submittals for conformance with drawings, specifications and directives.
• Prepare QC reports and confront non-conformances to meet project standards.
• Verify materials meet approved submittals and are stored and used properly.
• Maintain as-built drawings and ensure safety, schedule and quality objectives align.
