Job summary

Macro-Z-Technology is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Manager to oversee quality assurance across diverse construction projects. You will manage the project lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and top-quality workmanship while coordinating with clients and stakeholders to resolve challenges.

The ideal candidate has Civil/Federal project experience and must hold a QCM/CQCM certification. You will analyze data, conduct site inspections, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes including construction inspection techniques, documentation, and best practices on the job site.
• Experience with Corps of Engineers is a plus.
• Must hold QCM/CQCM certification and provide copy upon request.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures for construction projects.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with contract specifications.
• Analyze data collection methods to improve QA processes.
• Oversee quality inspection of materials and workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to address quality issues promptly.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality findings and recommend corrective actions.
• Train and mentor staff on QC standards and best practices.
• Stay updated on regulations related to construction quality management.
