Job summary

Xenith Solutions seeks a Quality Analyst to support US Border Patrol programs. This role serves as a construction QA representative responsible for assisting CBP in execution of construction along the borders of the United States.

A background in construction management is required and candidates should have strong communication and problem-solving skills. The position requires on-site work in Ajo, AZ, travel to project sites, and the ability to pass a government background investigation.

Qualifications

• 3 to 10 years of construction oversight experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; substitutions allowed per policy.
• Experience with OSHA 30 Construction or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Ability to travel to multiple job sites.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day surveillance over field engineering activities of major projects.
• Provide safety and quality assurance guidance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review contractor schedules for logic, adequacy and milestones.
• Review payment estimates, progress data, and materials reports.
• Prepare daily activity reports with quantities, weather and delays.
• Support environmental Best Management Practices per contract.
• Assist project managers and government COR as directed.
• Monitor layout and inspection of ongoing work.
