Job summary

Xenith Solutions seeks a Quality Analyst to support US Border Patrol programs. This role serves as a construction QA representative, assisting CBP with execution and oversight of projects along U.S. borders. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

The candidate will review schedules, payments, and QA documentation, maintain daily reports, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Local travel to job sites in Arizona may be required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 10 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree.
• Education substitutions: 6 years' work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree; associate's degree + 4 years' work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
• 3 years of construction oversight experience including surveillance, monitoring, and controlling construction of all types (horizontal construction preferred).
• One or more certifications are highly preferred: OSHA 30 Construction, MEWP, CQM, EM 385-1-1.
• Physical requirements to walk/climb inspection points and work in varied weather and terrain.

Responsibilities

• Maintain surveillance over field engineering activities for major projects.
• Review schedules and payment estimates, ensuring milestones are met.
• Prepare daily activity reports with progress and issues.
• Ensure safety and quality assurance compliance across sites.
• Travel between job sites as required.
