West Point Contractors is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead federal construction projects across the West Coast. You will own project direction, schedule performance, cost control, and financial outcomes with 25%+ travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; work experience may substitute for a degree.
• 7+ years of progressive construction management experience.
• Experience on federal or public works projects preferred (FAA, USACE, NAVFAC, USAF).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CPM scheduling and construction software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between stakeholders and project teams.
• Monitor resources, daily operations, and project performance.
• Control costs to protect profitability and margins.
• Forecast revenue and costs to ensure corporate profitability goals are met.
• Lead diverse project teams and manage subcontractors.
• Develop start-up plans and kickoff meetings; establish budgets and controls.
