Job summary

Diverse Solutions Group, Inc. seeks an Assistant Construction Project Manager to oversee schedules, budgets, documentation, and compliance on federal construction programs. You will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, procurement, and agencies from pre-construction through close-out.

Requirements include 3+ years in government-focused construction coordination and a U.S. citizenship, with familiarity in FAR/DFARS and payroll reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project coordination with a focus on government contracting
• USA citizen
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS and public works compliance
• Familiarity with prevailing wage and certified payroll reporting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with project management software
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
• Author RFIs and manage submittal logs, shop drawings, data, and coordination
• Maintain DFOWs and Three-Phase Control activities (Preparatory meetings, inspections)
• Oversee field reporting: QC plans, daily reports, deficiency logs, closeout docs
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and wage reporting requirements
