Job summary

SIRIS LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum expansion project. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of construction management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Blue Beam and Procore.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years experience with GC or Construction Management firm.
• Experience coordinating on a large Federal project (over $40 million) preferred.
• Ability to assist with answering RFIs and reviewing change orders.
• Great communication skills and ability to work in a group environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage CPM schedules for a multi-discipline construction project.
• Inform the COTR on construction progress and identify potential schedule delays.
• Coordinate with general contractor, subcontractors and consultants; report on activities.
• Coordinate access to existing building systems; plan shutdowns and service interruptions.
• Coordinate inspections for MEP systems including high, line, and low voltage.
• Ensure contract specs and plans are implemented in compliance with codes and standards.
• Provide contract admin services: submittals, RFIs, VE proposals, correspondence.
