Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience on large complex multimillion dollar federal projects.
- Experience with three-phase inspection process.
- Knowledge of OSHA and EM 385-1-1 USACE Safety Manual.
Responsibilities
- Observe construction phases for compliance with schedules and specifications.
- Perform inspections and complete daily site reports.
- Assist in contract modification processes.
- Review and analyze contractor plans and technical submittals.
- Prepare correspondence regarding contractor performance.
