You will monitor construction activities for compliance, prepare site reports, and assist in the contract modification process. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience on large federal projects, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively. Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen and pass a federal background review and drug screen.
• Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience on construction projects.
• Experience with OSHA and EM 385-1-1 USACE Safety Manual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe construction phases for compliance and identify problems.
• Perform inspections and complete daily site reports.
• Assist in contract modification process and RFP preparation.
• Review contractor plans and technical submittals.
