Job summary

ISI Professional Services is seeking a Contract Management Specialist (CMS) to provide acquisition support to the Directorate Management Division (DMD) and Administration and Contract Liaison Branch (ACLB) at the Pentagon. The role supports multiple construction projects valued at a minimum of $1 million each and requires coordination with government/owner stakeholders on daily construction issues.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and five years of federal contract experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Five years of Acquisition experience, with contract-related administrative/analytic experience of Federal construction contracts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with emphasis on Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (SharePoint experience a plus).
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Secure Facility Experience a plus.
• Stakeholder management demonstrated across government agencies, contractors, and third parties.
• Organizational support experience creating comprehensive summary reports and document retrieval.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, establish objectives, and analyze assigned projects.
• Assist in creating Excel spreadsheets with graphs and statistics.
• Assist in forming executive presentations.
• Advise leadership and contracting personnel on contracting policies and procedures.
• Develop guidance materials and training for personnel.
• Maintain databases to capture contractual data.
• Prepare monthly leadership reports and ad hoc reports.
• Prepare special and one-time reports from diverse sources.
• Arrange meetings and take minutes.
• Organize a centralized digital filing system and manage documents.
• Review written correspondence for grammar and punctuation.
• Work independently with little supervision.
