Job summary

ISI Professional Services is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to support the Pentagon Directorate Management Division with acquisition tasks, SOWs, and lifecycle reviews. The role emphasizes contract documentation, compliance tracking, and cross-functional coordination among engineering, program management, and QA teams.

Applicants should have a Secret Clearance, a BA/BS, and 5 years of federal acquisition experience, including DoD contracting concepts and market research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Secret Clearance at time of application.
• 5 years of acquisition experience with federal construction contracts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Experience developing SOWs/PWS, IGCEs, and market research.
• US citizenship and 3 years of US residence.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
• Prepare deliverables based on taskings, meeting tight timelines.
• Track, analyze, and present contract data using advanced Excel functions.
• Attend meetings and document minutes with summary and detail.
• Maintain contract tracking systems and records.
• Support COR program oversight and required DoD training.
• Monitor and interpret contract documents including SOWs, PWS, and FAR clauses.
• Coordinate with engineering, program management, and QA teams on SOW/PWS drafting.
• Develop pre-award acquisition packages and IGCEs.
