Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and program support for FAA projects and teams.
• Maintain office rosters, phone lists, recall rosters, and calendars.
• Coordinate mail distribution and express mail services.
• Assist with offsite meeting planning and conference room scheduling.
• Support travel coordination and review travel documents.
• Assist with fund certification data and project funds reconciliation.
• Review transactions and reallocate labor/project items as needed.
