Job summary

9th Way Insignia is seeking a Cloud Security Architect/Engineer to design and implement secure cloud architectures for federal projects. You will translate requirements into concrete security controls, support RMF and ATO activities, and develop reusable security patterns aligned with VA policies and federal standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Information Security experience with at least 5 years in Cybersecurity and Cloud Security.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, assess, and implement secure cloud architectures and engineering solutions.
• Translate security requirements into practical cloud security architectures, controls, and implementation approaches.
• Support FedRAMP/RMF, A&A and Authority to Operate activities for cloud-based systems and services.
• Develop security patterns and reference architectures for cloud environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure cloud systems throughout the lifecycle.
