Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• Licensed PE or actively pursuing licensure.
• Knowledge of civil site development (site plans, permitting, grading, stormwater).
• Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D for design/drafting.
• Experience in transportation-related civil design.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work across teams and manage deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of plans, specifications, reports, and permitting documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and coordination with federal clients and contractors.
• Engage in field visits and on-site reviews as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project partners in a professional, solutions-oriented manner.
