Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a driven Civil Engineering Graduate to support our federal team in a hybrid capacity at the Boston, MA office.

You will develop site, utility, and grading plans to meet Federal standards and assist with watershed analyses and stormwater design. You’ll work with design teams to prepare assessments, calculations, and design reports, coordinating with engineers and technicians on DoD and Federal Civilian projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills are essential.
• Live within a commutable distance with ability to work in-person at the Boston, MA office.

Responsibilities

• Develop site plans, utility plans, and grading plans to meet Federal design standards.
• Perform watershed analyses and design stormwater management systems.
• Prepare engineering assessments, calculations, and basis of design reports.
• Coordinate project assignments with engineers and technicians on Federal Civilian and DoD projects.
• Support design teams and project managers to gain progressive site design experience.
