Job summary

You will partner with technical teams to ensure alignment between business and technical objectives, facilitate workshops, and develop compelling business cases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in process improvement and BPR.
• Experience mapping and documenting requirements for business processes.
• Ability to translate complex processes into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
