Qualifications
- U.S. citizen with a Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- Experience with phase-based and Agile delivery methods.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience with government projects and policy/procedures teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Document and analyze business and functional requirements.
- Develop documentation including system diagrams and operations concepts.
- Create high-level briefs and communications for stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for service delivery improvement and new tech.
- Manage client expectations and cross-team dependencies.
- Summarize project progress and budget status for leadership.
