Responsibilities

• Serve as resource advisor/budget analyst managing budget formulation and execution.
• Prepare reprogramming and adjustments to cover shortfalls and emergencies.
• Interpret source information from financial and payroll reports and apply to budget.
• Forecast annual revenues/expenses and develop budget estimates and plans.
• Monitor obligations, expenditures, and requests for allotments during execution.
• Represent the department at management meetings and report on policy changes.
