Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to support a Federal Agency with budget, acquisition, and data analytics. The role involves gathering and analyzing financial data, tracking funding, and delivering data‑driven insights to leadership in order to modernize operations.

You will develop reports and dashboards, coordinate with federal stakeholders, and prepare client deliverables while managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. A Public Trust clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience doing budget planning and execution.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance (US Citizenship required).
• Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and present acquisition, budget, and financial data to support decision-making.
• Support budget execution activities, including purchase card management, year-end closeout, budget planning, payroll support, and related financial operations.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Coordinate with federal stakeholders to collect information, track action items, and support project objectives.
• Prepare written deliverables, briefings, and presentations for client leadership.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while delivering high-quality work products.
