Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a budget and financial data analyst to support PPBE lifecycle activities for federal programs. You will collect and refine operational and financial data, develop dashboards, and produce executive-ready reports using Tableau Server and related tools.

The role requires strong data analytics skills, experience with large datasets, and the ability to translate complex financial information for senior government and contractor stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Four years of experience supporting federal budget lifecycle activities, financial management, cost analysis, and reporting.
• Strong data analytics with dashboards, visualizations, and executive reports.
• Proficiency with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a federal environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and creating work products using budget and cost analysis to support PPBE lifecycle.
• Support standardized tasks for program stakeholders and reporting on data findings.
• Collect, maintain, and update operational and financial data from required systems.
• Help standardize data requests and data cleansing across budget and cost analysis.
• Manipulate large datasets with tools (R Studio, Tableau, CostPerform) and produce dashboards and reports.
