Procon Consulting, LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to support federal-sector programs, financial analysis, business intelligence, and technology initiatives. The role collaborates with government clients, program managers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze data, develop dashboards, and deliver reporting solutions that support informed decision-making.

Qualificações

• Experience in business analysis, data analytics, financial reporting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into functional specs and reports.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, SQL, SSRS or similar.
• Ability to develop dashboards, KPIs, and data visualizations.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with federal clients and stakeholders to gather, document, validate, and prioritize requirements.
• Support financial analysis, dashboard development, and reporting.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, financial reports, scorecards, and data visualizations in Power BI, SSRS, and Excel.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and acceptance criteria.
• Assist in Agile and traditional project delivery activities and UAT.
