You will collaborate with government clients, program managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to improve reporting processes and operational efficiency. Experience with Power BI, SQL, SSRS, and Excel is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, data analytics, financial reporting, BI or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting complex data.
• Experience gathering, documenting, translating business requirements into functional specs.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, validate, and prioritize business requirements with federal clients and teams.
• Analyze financial, operational and program data to identify trends and risks.
• Develop dashboards, reports, scorecards, and data visualizations using Power BI, SQL, SSRS, Excel.
• Create KPIs and executive-level reporting to support data-driven decisions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and program performance through financial analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple data sources.
