Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete six to seven weeks of training, virtually and in person, to become certified in Federal Investigative Standards.
• Travel daily to conduct in-person background investigations and determine employment suitability.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face interviews with subjects, neighbors, and associates.
• Perform searches at police agencies, courthouses, and institutions to gather records.
• Type and report findings clearly in government systems with high accuracy.
• Work independently within a team and coordinate with a Field Manager.
