Qualifications

• Licensed Architect (RA) required; NCARB certification preferred.
• 10+ years' experience with a proven track record in the Federal market.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in guiding and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, design, and delivery of Federal architecture projects.
• Serve as the primary client contact for Federal projects.
• Mentor and develop staff in federal design principles.
