Job summary

Huckeye Health Services LLC is recruiting Anesthesiology Physicians to provide on-site anesthesia services for beneficiaries of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Physicians must hold an MD or DO, be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology (ABA), and maintain current licensure, BLS/ACLS, DEA, and NPI.

Qualifications

• MD or DO is required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology (ABA).
• Current, full and unrestricted medical license in any U.S. State.
• Current BLS and ACLS.
• Current DEA certificate.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and assessments.
• Develop anesthesia plans based on patient condition and procedure.
• Administer and manage general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care as appropriate.
• Monitor patients continuously during anesthesia and procedures.
• Manage airway, ventilation, cardiovascular status and vital functions during procedures.
