Seneca Resources in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced AI Security Specialist/SME to lead AI security programs for SBA initiatives, guiding secure deployment of AI/ML systems including generative AI.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct risk assessments, develop policies, and brief executives on threats, governance, and security controls to protect federal AI projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, AI, Data Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in cybersecurity with AI/ML security and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of AI threat vectors including adversarial attacks, model poisoning, data integrity threats.
• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, EO and OMB guidance.
• Experience developing AI security policies and implementing security controls for AI systems.
• Experience embedding security in data science and AI pipelines.
• Strong communication to brief executives and technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, implementation, and oversight of AI security programs, policies, and risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure AI deployments across the agency.
• Provide strategic guidance on AI security challenges and governance standards.
• Advise on secure adoption of AI technologies including generative AI and LLMs.
