Precise Software Solutions Inc. seeks a Senior AI Full Stack Engineer to design, build, test, deploy, and operate secure AI-enabled applications within a government-focused program.

You will own core build pipelines and lead AI security testing in a hybrid Washington, DC area setting. You will work across the stack, from accessible UIs to APIs and RAG workflows, ensuring compliance with security and accessibility standards while guiding junior engineers and coordinating with cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years hands-on AI/ML engineering and AI-enabled app development.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLM integration, and RAG pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and secure AI-enabled applications and UIs with LLMs and RAG pipelines.
• Lead AI security testing, performance tuning, and model evaluation tasks.
• Oversee DevSecOps, MLOps, SBOMs, and release packaging for government programs.
• Provide Tier 2/3 incident support and production operations leadership.
• Deliver AI/RAG pipeline designs, test plans, and security certification artifacts.
• Mentor developers and act as backup for Lead AI Engineer.
