Job summary

Aptive seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the VHA AI Education Hub program, serving as the primary contractor contact and overseeing multi-project delivery in a complex federal healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years managing large programs, a PMP or equivalent certification, and a BA/BS in a related field. You will coordinate content development, training, and technology integration across VHA facilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience planning, initiating, managing, executing, and closing out programs in a large org or government agency.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Experience with federal clients or large government programs preferred, especially VA/VHA or federal healthcare contracting.
• Ability to obtain/maintain VA Position of Public Trust designation and access VA systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for VHA stakeholder requests and SME coordination across the AI Education Hub program.
• Plan, initiate, execute, monitor, and close out all program workstreams aligned with objectives and contract requirements.
• Develop and maintain program artifacts including schedules, risk registers, status reports, and corrective action plans.
• Lead program status meetings with CORs and government stakeholders, presenting progress and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional contractor teams supporting content development, training delivery, and technology integration across VHA facilities.
