Aptive seeks a Senior Marketing/Media Specialist to design and execute outreach for the VHA AI Education Hub, translating AI initiatives into accessible VA communications across intranet portals, leadership briefings, and partner channels.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in marketing, digital media production, interactive design, or related field.
• BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, CS, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting federal agency clients or VA/DoD environments preferred; familiarity with federal standards.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a VA PIV card and pass background checks.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in design tools and front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Responsibilities

• Design and execute outreach and communications strategies across VA enterprise.
• Develop interactive media assets including web modules, animations, and data visualizations.
• Translate AI and healthcare concepts into clear, accessible materials for VA staff and leadership.
• Manage the AI Education Hub web presence, ensuring Section 508 compliance and accessibility.
• Produce and edit multimedia content for intranet portals, email campaigns, and briefings.
• Track performance with analytics and provide data-driven recommendations to improve engagement.
