Job summary

Salesforce's Federal Public Sector Solution Engineering team seeks a customer-facing technical trusted advisor to design, build and demonstrate Agentforce solutions that advance federal missions. You will lead technical discovery, shape POCs, and drive activation with GS leaders, Enterprise Architects, and IT leads.

The role requires deep full-stack expertise across Salesforce platforms, AI, data architectures, security, and governance, plus the ability to translate architecture into mission

Qualifications

• 7+ years customer-facing solution/technical architecture experience.
• Degree in Computer Science required (B.S., Master's, or Ph.D.).
• Proficiency of Salesforce Core (Public Sector Solutions, Sales, Service, Experience Cloud) and the Data 360/Agentforce stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep technical and business discovery sessions with federal stakeholders to uncover mission gaps and translate into an executable architecture.
• Build high-impact demonstrations and POCs on the platform, configuring Agentforce to show autonomous AI agents in federal workflows.
• Deliver world-class product demonstrations linking Salesforce solutions to agency missions and requirements.
• Create end-to-end technical architectures integrating Agentic Enterprise Platform with security and enterprise architecture needs.
• Design and lead hands-on technical workshops and Deep Dives for agency IT leads and Enterprise Architects.
• Present technical solutions to GS/Executive-level leadership and political appointees, translating architecture into outcomes/ROI.
