5–10 years experience performing life cycle acquisition support activities in a federal government environment.
BA/BS degree in a related discipline.
Experience developing solicitation packages including Acquisition Strategies and Plans, etc.
Experience involving acquisition and procurement or program management.
Knowledge of FAR and related government contracting laws and procedures.

Responsibilities

Integrate technical personnel with procurement staff to ensure procurement success.
Supports requirements development, acquisition planning, cost estimating, price analysis, and contract management.
Prepare, organize, and maintain contract records and files documenting performance and compliance.
Perform market research in support of acquisition of commercial items and services.
Interface with customers daily and provide progress/status reporting.
