Job summary

Central Research, Inc. (CRI) is seeking a Program Manager to lead our federal acquisition support program in Washington, DC.

You will oversee contract performance, staffing, schedules, and customer coordination, acting as the senior contractor management interface for the program. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and a decade of progressively responsible experience, including at least five years in program management for federal contracts, plus knowledge of FAR and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, public administration, acquisition, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day performance of the acquisition support program and coordinate across functions.
• Manage staffing, workload, onboarding, performance, continuity of operations, and development.
• Coordinate contracts staff leads, procurement analysts, and management analysts.
• Serve as primary contractor management point of contact for program-level matters with Government personnel.
