Job summary

BluePath Labs is seeking a Mid-level Process & Template Specialist to support a federal client’s acquisition operations. The role focuses on mapping workflows, developing SOPs and templates, and maintaining version control, with an emphasis on usability and document quality.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens and able to obtain/maintain a security clearance. This onsite position in Washington, DC is contingent on contract award and may be part of multiple openings.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship or eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
• 5+ years in acquisition operations or process improvement.
• Knowledge of federal acquisition processes, SOPs, templates, checklists, version control, and usability reviews.
• Ability to research requirements, assess evidence, and prepare clear findings and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Map acquisition workflows to support consistent operations and identify improvement opportunities.
• Research acquisition requirements and inform process and template development.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, and checklists with clear, usable guidance.
• Conduct usability reviews of workflows, SOPs, templates, and checklists and recommend improvements.
• Maintain version control for process documents and related resources.
• Review acquisition products and document findings to support client review and decisions.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders on workflows and process documentation.
