Job summary

BluePath Labs is seeking multiple Mid-level Process & Template Specialist positions to support a federal client’s acquisition operations. Onsite in Washington, DC, these roles will map workflows, develop SOPs, templates, and checklists, and conduct usability reviews to drive measurable process improvements.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens, able to obtain/maintain a security clearance (TS/SCI preferred), and have 5+ years in acquisition operations or process improvement; a bachelor’s degree is

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• 5+ years in acquisition operations or process improvement.
• Federal acquisition knowledge relevant to process and template development, with experience in workflow mapping, SOPs, templates, checklists, version control, and usability reviews.
• Ability to research requirements, assess evidence, and prepare clear findings and recommendations, with strong writing, document review, coordination, and handling of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Map acquisition workflows to support consistent operations and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Research acquisition requirements and assess supporting evidence for SOP/template development.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, and checklists for clear operating resources.
• Conduct usability reviews of workflows, SOPs, templates, and checklists and recommend improvements.
• Maintain version control for process documentation and related resources.
• Review acquisition products and document findings for client review and decision-making.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders on workflows and process documentation.
• Handle sensitive acquisition information appropriately in research, documentation, and coordination activities.
• Support process improvements while client officials retain policy, approval, and authority.
