Job summary

BluePath Labs is seeking multiple Acquisition Project & Portfolio Manager – Portfolio Lead professionals to support a federal client. These roles coordinate pre- and post-award delivery, staffing, workload, and schedules while delivering substantive senior-level work in federal acquisition and program management.

Successful candidates will lead multidisciplinary portfolios, assess risks, manage funding, and ensure quality across portfolio deliverables. U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• 10+ years in federal acquisition or project financial/performance management, incl. 3+ years leading teams.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate portfolio workload, staffing, quality, funding, schedules, and delivery.
• Ability to integrate multidisciplinary inputs and coordinate with client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary portfolios supporting federal acquisition or project financial and performance management.
• Coordinate pre- and post-award delivery across portfolio teams.
• Manage portfolio workload, staffing, and capacity to meet delivery needs.
• Coordinate funding and schedules, resolving issues affecting delivery.
• Integrate inputs and coordinate with client stakeholders on portfolio activities.
• Review work products and ensure quality across portfolio deliverables.
• Assess portfolio risks and resolve scheduling, funding, and capacity issues.
• Perform senior-level work in federal acquisition while leading delivery.
• Support client acquisition activities while preserving client authority.
