Job summary

INCATech LLC seeks an Acquisition Liaison in Washington, DC to support a DOT acquisition program. You will provide expert acquisition and contract management support, collaborating with CORs, program staff, and SMEs throughout the lifecycle of federal procurements.

The role emphasizes cradle-to-grave support, market research, and documentation development, including SOWs, IGCEs, and acquisition plans, with on-site DOT HQ engagement as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 5 years of relevant federal acquisition experience.
• Expert knowledge of FAR and federal procurement principles.
• Experience developing SOWs, SOOs, PWSs, and related acquisition documents.
• Ability to perform cradle-to-grave acquisition support for services and commercial procurements.
• Experience preparing and reviewing Purchase Requests and IGCEs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with government customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide cradle-to-grave acquisition support for federal service and commercial procurements.
• Assist with PR package preparation and supporting documentation.
• Review acquisition packages for compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Develop acquisition strategies, requirements, and procurement documentation with CORs and program personnel.
• Develop SOWs/SOO/PWSs and related requirements documents.
• Conduct market research and prepare market research reports, D&Fs, and J&As.
• Assist with IGCE development and cost/price analysis support.
• Support post-award activities including contract modifications and closeout.
