Job summary

Steel Point Solutions in the United States is seeking an Acquisition Lead/Program Manager to provide strategic leadership across federal program execution. You will oversee contract performance, budgeting, scheduling, and regulatory compliance to deliver mission-critical initiatives on time and within budget.

The role requires deep FAR/DFARS knowledge, 12+ years in federal acquisition, and proven leadership of large government programs with CORs and stakeholders to drive delivery and client

Qualifications

• Active Public Trust Clearance required.
• Experience in federal acquisition, contract management, and program management.
• Proven leadership of large government programs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and agency procurement protocols.
• Experience developing SOWs, IGCEs, and source selections.
• Ability to brief executives and manage risk and performance.

Responsibilities

• Advise on acquisition planning, contract execution, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead large-scale federal programs from initiation to closeout.
• Manage schedules, cost, and performance with EVM concepts.
• Oversee risk registers, resource matrices, and stakeholder comms.
• Interface with CORs and government clients to align deliverables.
• Prepare SOWs, acquisition strategies, and J&A as needed.
