• Perform complex and high-level accounting operations in support of the Department of Health and Human Services' Program Support Center (PSC) and its customer agencies.
• Trace transactions across multiple accounting systems and ensure consistency between general and subsidiary ledgers.
• Conduct root cause analysis of audit findings and implement sustainable solutions with stakeholders.
• Provide mentoring to junior accountants and support staff development; serve as a point of contact for audits.
