Five Star Park & Attractions in Cincinnati (Milford) seeks an Operations Manager to lead a team of attraction operators, technicians, and customer service staff within our Family Entertainment Center. You will plan, organize, and execute strategies to improve productivity, safety, and guest experiences while maintaining a fun, efficient operation.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, a commitment to safety, and a passion for hospitality, with experience in supervision and restaurant/F&B

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in Restaurant/Food & Beverage management is required.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize day-to-day operations across attractions.
• Supervise a team 15-50+ employees and ensure safety.
• Maintain attendance and performance records daily.
• Coordinate scheduling, inventory control, and supply management.
• Lead emergency responsiveness and holiday operations.
