Job summary

Es Vedra Cinemas is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee gaming and attractions at our entertainment complex. You will drive guest engagement, manage promotions, and ensure maintenance and safety across all attractions.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Hospitality Management, has Manager ServSafe Certification, and experience in FEC operations, with ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience running entertainment or FEC operations is a plus.
• Strong guest service focus with proven problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and staff training abilities.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee gaming and attractions across the FEC, including arcade, bowling, and other offerings.
• Develop strategies to drive revenue, promotions, events, and guest engagement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of equipment; coordinate repairs.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Monitor inventory and replenishments for prizes and supplies.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of gaming and attractions within the FEC, including arcade games, bowling lanes, redemption store, and other attractions.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and guest engagement, including promotions, special events, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of gaming equipment and attractions, coordinating repairs and servicing as needed.
• Hire, train, and supervise gaming and attractions staff, providing ongoing support and feedback to ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels for redemption prizes and other supplies, ordering replenishments as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Analyze sales and attendance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business objectives.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices, researching new games and attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Required state alcohol‑server and Manager ServSafe Certification required.
• Proven experience in FEC management or related role, with a strong understanding of gaming and attractions operations.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
• Comfortable with flashing lights & loud noises.
