Job summary

Medpace is seeking a Sr. Manager, Feasibility Strategy to lead the Feasibility and Proposals team and mentor feasibility coordinators.

You will collaborate with clinical operations, medical, and regulatory groups and analyse internal and public data to guide country selection and enrollment planning for global trials. You will manage recruitment, training, and performance, oversee day-to-day activities, and drive high-quality feasibility output for proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences required; Masters/PhD preferred.
• 3–5 years feasibility experience within a CRO.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to mentor and motivate junior team members.
• Ability to translate data into meaningful recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within tight timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management for feasibility coordinators.
• Manage day-to-day team activities and coverage during high volumes.
• Lead feasibility assessments for high priority clients to support proposals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and present feasibility data for bids.
• Suggest process improvements to ensure timely, accurate feasibility text and analysis.
• Foster continuous improvement in quality and timelines.
