Job summary

LER TechForce in Dayton, OH, is seeking an FEA Validation Engineer to support automotive product development through FEA/CAE analysis, physical testing, and simulation-to-test correlation. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years of FEA, CAE, validation, or automotive engineering experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FEA and finite element modeling.
• Experience with physical testing, data acquisition, fatigue analysis, or FEA-test correlation preferred.
• Strong technical communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Must be able to work in the Dayton, Ohio area.

Responsibilities
