Boise Independent School District is seeking a dedicated food service worker to assist with meals at various sites. Availability for additional days not reflected in the schedule may be required, with compensation via time cards.
New-to-District Classified employees may qualify for salary step credit based on prior experience. High School diploma or equivalent preferred; training on policies and regulations will be provided.
Must be available to work on additional food service work days not reflected in the FS work schedule calendar to provide meals such as breakfast at secondary sites or meals for elementary (if a designated production site). Additional days worked will be paid on a time card.
New-to-District Classified employees may be eligible to receive credit for up to two years’ worth of credit for movement (steps) on the Classified Salary Schedule based on relevant prior work experience. Please complete the top portion of this form and provide it to your previous employer for completion. To qualify, newly hired employees must provide this form, completed by your former employer(s), to Human Resources no later than the date of their fingerprinting and appointment.

SALARY: Index: 01/C/03 ($16.65/hour) to 01/C/05 ($18.00/hour) depending on verified experience for NEW to District Employees *Transferring employees or former District employees hired into this role will be placed on the \"C\" letter grade of the Classified Salary Schedule, but the initial step placement will vary based on a variety of factors.
