Job summary

Conagra Brands in Indianapolis is seeking a production associate to operate automated machinery in the production area, manage waste on the line and push carts to the dumpster. The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional forklift use.

Shift: 4:45 AM-3:00 PM Hourly Rate: $22.00 an hour

ESSENTIAL JOB

• You operate a machine in the production area.
• You pick up and remove waste from production line floors and containers.
• Push waste carts to dumpster area.
• You troubleshoot in production
• You work overtime to achieve production and maintenance schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working in a production, manufacturing or distribution environment

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

• Sit, stand, walk and climb stairs during time on duty
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull up to 50 lbs.
• Repetitive motions including reaching, loading, inspecting, and touching product
• Operate monitoring equipment
